 New Apartment L&T Residence Dubrovnik is newly refurbished, a modern and comfortable two-bedroom apartment for max. 4 person located within walking distance of Dubrovnik's Old Town.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms with 2 smart TV each, a bright and spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 modern bathroom. Guests can enjoy free air conditioning in living room and each bedroom, free Wi-Fi, quality bedding, and all essential amenities needed for a relaxing and worry-free stay. There is a terace by apartment (not private), but you have your spot (chairs and table which are only for you) where you can sit and enjoy in coffee.

The apartment is located in a residential area just a short walking distance from Dubrovnik's Old Town. Apartment has NO parking and NO access with a car. It is situated in the street Pera Budmani  no. 14, below the public parking garage called Best in parking - Garaža Ilijina Glavica. From April to November traffic with car without permit is restricted around Old Town, it's allowed to drive only to Public garage Ilijina Glavica, after garage is not allowed to drive without permit.

There are around 60 stairs from the upper main street level ( from street Zagrebačka ul.) , down to the apartment entrance located in Pera Budmani street, it's not continuously all stairs, there are few stairs than flat surface than agains stairs, so on and on... you can see it on pictures in photo gallery. It is Similiar walking down the stairs to Old City, it takes around 5-7 minutes walking to Pile gate or beach Šulić.

Guests with mobility difficulties should carefully consider this before booking.

Someone will wait for you and explain everything or self check-in is possible with code. All details about check in and any other informations regarding apartment will be send couple days prior arrival.

Thanks to its excellent and quiet location, guests can easily explore Dubrovnik on foot. The Old Town, restaurants, cafés, beaches, shops, and local attractions are all nearby, making L&T Residence an ideal base for discovering the city.

The Old Town and its UNESCO-protected historic center can be reached within a few minutes on foot, through charming local streets typical of Dubrovnik. Due to the presence of stairs, we recommend lighter luggage when possible and comfortable walking shoes.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 08:00. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum, inside and especially outside, and respect our neighbors. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please treat the apartment and furniture with care and report any damage immediately. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment.

You get the entire apartment with its private entrance. Everything is for your use and only your, you have your own privacy.
